Thomas AdderllyGREENJim South Wales Police Marlene and Lesley wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss. We offer our heartfelt thanks to our family, friends, neighbours and everyone who attended the services at St Mellons Church and Thornhill Crematorium on 4th October 2018. We are truly grateful, to all those who provided emotional support, flowers, cards and messages of condolences as well as those who made donations to the British Heart Foundation. A special word of thanks to the ambulance crews, doctors and staff at UHW who attended Jim on 16th September 2018; the Reverend David Kellen who officiated at Jim's funeral service together with his continued support which has made our loss more bearable; to James Summers, Funeral Directors, for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements; to the Coach House for their assistance in providing the venue and catering after the funeral and lastly to everyone at Dolmans, Solicitors for their advice and support throughout this difficult time. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as our expression of our deepest gratitude.
